🛏 House Rules
Included: electricity, water, heating, made-up beds, standard final cleaning, and parking.
Not included: bath and kitchen linen, charge the electric bicycle.
Kitchen: please return all kitchenware clean & dry. Extra cleaning: €25/hour.
Waste: sort into designated containers.
Behavior: no parties, respect the property and other guests.
Furniture: stays in the assigned property, do not move.
Smoking: not allowed.
Pets: not allowed.
